A young woman, Sarah worked for Paychex as a sales representative in Rochester, New York. She was hired by the company on June 24, 2015, soon after she completed her Bachelor’s degree at Syracuse University. She had all of the qualifications that the job requested for. She was a diligent worker and in her half a year at the company doubled the sales of the previous representative. She thoroughly enjoyed what she did for a living and looked forward to coming to work every morning. Ryan, another employee of the company had worked for Paychex for three years. He graduated from the University of Buffalo with a dual degree in marketing and business management in 2012. Ryan was the manager of the entire sales department. With his knowledge and experience in the company he was able to run the department efficiently and effectively. Ryan’s job included making sure that all employees in his department were working to their full potential without any issues or problems. Sarah was good at her job, but because she was new there were a few things she needed to learn and work to improve. She was effective at working with other companies, but the paper work aspect seemed to overall the young girl. Ryan continued to work with Sarah giving her tips and plans on how to handle the workload.
